Abstract submission
The conference is inviting presentation submissions. Download the abstract template, complete it, then use the registration system to upload your file.
- File name: Name + Institution + Paper Title
- Deadline: 24:00 on 10 August 2026
Poster submission
Posters should be 80 cm × 120 cm. Send the completed poster file to qsnian@hku.hk; the organizing committee will arrange unified printing and display. A Poster Award will be established for graduate students.

Include IABC2026 in the reference and your affiliation or institution in the message. Student participants should also include their supervisor’s name. Bank transfer fees and transaction charges are non-refundable.
Terms
Registration & refund policy
Registration covers admission to conference sessions, conference materials and scheduled social events unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation requests
Submit cancellation requests in writing to fhuang1@hku.hk.
- Before 1 July 2026: full refund minus handling fee
- 2 July–1 August 2026: 70% refund
- After 2 August 2026: no refund
Refunds will be processed after the conference. Bank transfer fees and transaction charges are non-refundable.
